This was not the first wedding in our family and having been badly let down by a prominent Cardiff soul band on a previous occasion, I was understandably a bit nervous on the approach to making a booking for Jenna & Nathan’s wedding. So my initial appreciation of The Soul Miners was the professional attitude of their manager Paul who I dealt with for the booking. On the night that professionalism was again evident. They arrived on time with no fuss and completed their set-up and sound check within the given time scale.
When they started to play…Well! Suffice to say we had a packed dance floor the whole time – terrific vocalists and musicians – the overall sound was tremendous, and their song list was everything you could hope for. Everybody absolutely loved the band and commented on what nice people they were too!
The Soul Miners were certainly not the most expensive band I approached regarding this booking – they were excellent value for money, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
